急問-頸肩背痛-椎間盤

頸X光發現C5/6有骨刺,椎間盤損傷,可以做什麼檢查及治療...?有手指痳痺(10隻都有)?好怕要做手術,在SEEDOCTOER內看到坐骨神經痛可以做水刀,請問頸椎可以同樣方法嗎?因為頸椎已失去生理弧度,是不是應該馬上做MRI?(外傷後左肩,及頸背痛,及LOCK頸後有更痛)
