7歲女童容易流鼻血

請問小孩容易流鼻血，是點解？和小朋友玩時對方手拍到女兒的鼻子就流鼻血，有好幾次了。吃了熱氣上火的食物有時也會流鼻血。應該睇醫生嗎？
