胃鏡

本人想問.胃鏡是否不應一年照兩次? 本人上年一年照過兩次，今年是否應要再照?因胃氣脹2個月，這星期開始左上腹有點刺痛。
再想問照胃鏡會否感染細菌? 胃鏡是否只作消毒後共用?謝謝
