經常頭暈，不知是否耳水不衡而影響

你好，本人媽媽三月中時曾突然感到天旋地轉，要一直平躺才比較不暈，當一起身便又再次感到天旋地轉的頭暈，其後更嘔了數次，入院後醫生說是耳水不平衡而影響，但一直也沒有耳水不衡為何會突然出現？現在每當起身、躺下、蹲下也會感到頭暈，而且愈來愈嚴重，請問會否是受其他疾影響？
