大便有粉紅色小顆粒

本人34歲，女性，2011年照過腸鏡發現輕微內痔。

上星期剛以宮腔鏡切除了子宮肌瘤。

最近幾天發現大便有些粉紅色的小顆粒 (一至兩粒, 有點像腸仔碎)，已經連續數天發現。請問這可能是什麼狀況？會是消化不良的食物渣滓嗎？還是我需要預約到你診所作詳細檢查 (上年年中因便血已到訪過，當時診斷為內痔)？
