陰部皮膚痕癢難忍

我今年20歲在約2年前開始有時候是陰部皮膚 (即陰毛位置，陰部上方) 感到痕癢，從未發生性行為，忍唔到去抓它, 但愈抓愈痕停不了手，有時忍到手幾日，但訓醒覺就發現訓著個陣自己又抓傷了，時常會抓到出血，試過搽嫡護霜但沒什麼幫助。情況不斷循環，無抓幾日好咗啲，點知訓覺個陣不知不覺又抓傷返。其實我是有什麼問題？睇醫生又應該睇皮膚科定婦科？
