月經

您好醫生，本人23歲，最近幾個月的月經日子為15年12月30～16年1月3，2月8～12，3月13～18，4月15～19，請問我的月經週期為多少天？應該由月經第一天開始計算，還是月經完後開始計？而下一次的排卵日期為大約哪段日子？謝謝。
