感染機會

今天購物時，收銀員找錢時不小心把紙幣碰到我的咀唇，其後發現此紙幣有點紅色污漬。因為咀唇是黏膜，若此為愛滋病人的血而我的咀唇又有點破損，我有沒有感染機會?
