焦慮証

歐陽醫生你好

我家人最近被診為焦慮証，但他常常害怕自己會患上抑鬱，但社交方面明明沒有任何問題，只是擔心自己有抑鬱，請問原因是因為焦慮証令到他感到擔憂嗎？ 另外，我們整家都十分擔心他， 精神病真的可以完全康復嗎？
