長期失眠患者

病患者女 - 53歲

張醫生你好，本人媽咪三年來一直有長期失眠症狀，一失眠就會屙肚，精神不振，胃口不佳，三年來唔願意出去同人社交，懶言懶語，有輕微抑鬱症狀。長期服用安眠藥對睡眠已經作用唔大，請問要如何治療？多謝~
