喉嚨有痰,有口氣

最近喉嚨有痰, 但吐不出來, 並有口氣(看別人反應得知, 看了牙醫, 沒有蛀牙並洗埋牙).
之後看了家庭醫生, 開了1星期胃藥給我, 食完後,痰有改善. 一個月後, 又有痰黏住喉嚨, 口氣沒有改善, 身體沒其他不適. 是什麼問題呢?
