排便問題

病患者女 - 19歲

醫生你好。我從小就便秘，經常冇便便去。有時候便便後抹屁屁果陣見到紙巾上有血。我試過三款通便藥，又試過一個月每日都食好多菜，但都冇咩用。近兩三年個肚時不時會好突然咁痛，身體狀況都愈來愈差，成日好易就疲累，頭暈，心跳加速，肚脹咁。我好擔心自己會有大腸癌，我要不要先及早檢查一下好（如大腸鏡）？

請問醫生有沒有什麼好建議？
