喉嚨痕癢 咳嗽不斷

醫生你好,

本人喉嚨痕癢及感覺有異物已經數個月了。看了很多次醫生, 吃了消炎藥好轉了又復發。尤其在夜晚喉嚨痕癢得特別厲害，而且喉嚨常有痰和感覺有其他黏液痴著。早排, 頸部的右側生了一粒異物, 醫生說是淋巴感染。請問我究竟是什麼病呢?要怎樣才會好?
