龜頭生瘡

病患者男 - 35歲

龜頭上生左粒好似未熟暗瘡咁既紅色凸出物，冇膿頭，冇痕冇痛，小便正常冇奇怪分泌物。
2個月前曾經沒使用安全套下口交。
請問是什麼問題呢？
