慢性睾丸疼痛

医生，您好！我是帮我弟弟咨询，他受慢性睾丸疼痛困扰多年，做B超，化验等多项检查都做过，没有任何病变问题，但始终没有痊愈。起因是10多年前一次打篮球，睾丸被撞击受伤，之后一直非常敏感，只要是小小的撞击或者震动都能引起疼痛数月之久，我们想咨询，这是什么原因，有无可能根治？
