妄想症

病患者男 - 41歲

我家人有妄想症，經常覺得別人認得佢，被人説閒話，…其實並冇其事…初期只是情緒病，而家有埋妄想，家人很辛苦，又吾可以用常理同佢理論，其實而家有睇政府醫院，但請問要食幾耐葤至有效？如果有好轉，佢會吾會記得D妄想出來的事情？妄想症病人會否知道自己有此病？多謝解答
