6cm 朱古力瘤生在右卵巢，3cm 机瘤生在子宮後，請問是否可以只切除 子宮及朱古力瘤（保留卵巢）？

無左子宮，無左月經，是否朱古力瘤不會再番發？

保留卵巢，繼續有荷爾蒙分泌，這是否更好？ 唔會提早更年期？這是否正確？
