排泄系統問題

病患者男 - 20歲

在去完大便後在抹屁屁的時候在紙巾上有少量血(以上情況通常抹第一次冇出現，第二次第三次就有出現)
在大便其間沒有出現痾血的情況
想問醫生呢個係咩問題?
