灰甲治療

病患者女 - 64歲

患者有灰甲問題，近年惡化至手部。
但因本身她有肝問題，早年已驗血証實她不能使用口服藥。
之前曾短暫使用過查既成藥，如羅霉樂。但本身她有免疫系統病（類風濕、紅斑狼瘡、乾燥症），偶然下發現成藥說明書表示有糖尿病及免疫系統病的不能使用。

請問這個情況下是否沒有治療方法？為什麼不能使用那些藥水？如有藥膏標示糖尿病能使用，那她能用嗎？
