精囊與肛門之間痛，膀胱附近痛

你好葉醫生，本人18歲，上述問题其實是這一年間揭反覆發生，時有時無。尤其是在尿後，上述地方便會有輕微痛楚，但陰莖沒有刺痛，血尿等的症狀。我之前睇家庭醫生食晒藥，但都沒有太大改善，請問我是患了甚麼病？應該怎樣辦？應否去專科睇醫生？請幫幫我。
