乳房有水囊可否做激光脫毛

病患者女 - 29歲

本人被診斷左右乳房各有2粒0.4及0.6 cm的水囊, 請問可以做腋下激光脫毛嗎?
激光脫毛會否增加乳癌或乳腺癌的風險?
