腸道不適

病患者男 - 22歲

黎醫生：
本人一個月前開始，經常有便意，大便後仍好像去不乾淨。肛門有時亦會痕癢，清潔後仍有。現在每天兩次大便。曾服用益生菌兩星期，但情況沒見改善。肉眼觀察大便沒有鮮血或淤血，亦沒有黏液分泌。請問我應否盡快找腸胃科醫生作檢查？謝謝。
