Dear Ms This is sad and difficult. There are so many possibilities 1) adhesions ( from infection, previous surgery, endometriosis) 2) chronic pelvic infection 3) genital tract problems (endometriosis, tumour, hydrosalpinx, adenomyosis) 4) urinary tract problems( stones, tumours, infection) 5) intestine 6) referred pain from spine I am sorry, U really need to see a prominent & experienced doctor best regards
Dear Ms This is usually not too difficult to excise and any gynaecologist can excise this; but ALL ENDOMETRIOSIS can recur (up to 70% given time) unless the Gynaecolgist is specialising in the management of Endometriosis. So suggest U see a Reproductive medicine Sub-specialist to be sure best regards
If U have problem, U must see the right doctor. Trying different drugs and herbs is like making yourself a guniea pigs , or a mouse in laboratory for experiment. there is no drug or herbs without side effects. U should doctors specialising in Reproductive Medicine and not just ordinary doctors. U have to be careful, it is well known many herbs contains plant hormones and heavy metals which can be dangerous to your health & reproduction.

Dear Ms Ovarian cyst can broadly divided into either physiological or function (that is part of the development process and surgery is usually not required); or pathological ( either benign or cancer). The first thing is to ask your gynaecologist which type it is. Tumour markers are not always useful as they have high false positive or negative ( that is some benign cyst could have high tumour markers or some cancer do not produce enough tumour markers to be diagnostic). Therefore again, it is crucial to consult your gynaecologist!
