If you have vaginal bleeding, it will be better to see a gynecologist for full consult and investigations. If you think it ‘s more likely haematuria (blood in urine), you may see a GP first or gynecologist.

You know your body best! If there is a fishy odor but no itch or irritation yet, it is still worthwhile to consult a gynaecologist and be investigated. Some vulvovaginal infection may be asymptomatic, but can cause sequelae if left untreated.
