I did a PET-CT in 2012 (CT in 2010 and MRI in 2011). In the PET-CT in 2012: The findings: A 1.2cm (12.3_lateral x 12.3_AP x 12.2_CC mm) hypodense lesion is present at the mid pole of right kidney, with no significant interval enlargement when copared with previous CT in 2010 and MRI (size ~1.17cm) in 2011. This is most consistent with a benign or low grade lesion such as angiomyolipoma.
1. 請問我需要進一步治療嗎? 2. 請問有什麼可以跟進?

Angiomyolioma is a benign renal tumour which can be diagnosed with non-contrast CT scan. Usually treatment is not necessary if asymptomatic (usu asymptomatic if size <4cm) But yearly monitoring of the size of the tumour is advised.
腎上線腦白質營養不良 (Adrenoleukodystrophy) is a genetic disorder involving the central nervous system and adrenal gland. Sorry that I do not have experience in this disease. Can you send the question to Paediatrician with experience in Genetics?
