醫生你好，照咗Mri報告有冇大問題？Prominent vessels are closely related to the 7th and 8th nerves at bilateral internal auditory canal.No obvious displacement of the nerves is seen.Fearure is non-specific，while early/mild vascular loop compression still have to be comsidered.correlation with clinical findings will be needed.

病患者男 - 36歲
最近照了MRI說S1,S2有6x9x8cm的nerve sheath tumour，ddx including chordoma and giant cell tumour is less likely
