Looks like it's taste buds on back of your tongue and frenulum at the bottom of tongue which is norm Have your Dr check it out for sure

I think we should focus more on cause of sweating like infection, cancer, hormone dysfunction, drug side effect heriditary and anxiety etc and not just controlling it See your Dr he will be able to help
Should not be any great problem But better empty unconsumed meal ASAP and rinse with tap water Wash bag frequently Try use fresh cooked meal or reheat to boiling before placing food in lunch box and consume food ASAP to limit bacteria growth
