While small, asymptomatic, non-progressive lesion with typical appearance can be treated conservatively, those beyond the above category should be removed as some of them may be malignant. Lesions of the urethra are within the field of a urologist.
Blood in urine needs further investigation to exclude some of the more sinister conditions. Do not sit on the problem when it is recurrent or persistent.

Excessive masturbation may cause sexual dysfunction in the form of premature ejaculation (PE). PE can be treated in a number of ways depending on the cause(s). Consulting the relevant specialist is the best policy.
For adults, circumcision can be done under local, spinal or general anaesthesia as a day case or one to two days hospital stay depending on the progress and possible complications. Penile swelling and pain may last for a few days before subsiding. The wound will heal in about 10 days but it is wise to postpone sex for at least 4 weeks.
