Semen is usually creamy white and has a characteristic smell. If the color changes and the odor becomes foul smelling significantly, it is wise to consult a specialist.
The symptoms are suggestive of incomplete bladder emptying and stress urinary incontinence. The diagnosis can be confirmed after clinical examination and functional study of the urinary bladder. Your specialist will advise you accordingly.
Massaging the penile urethral from the perineum towards the penile shaft for several times after urination is effective to expel most of the residue urine trapped in the bulbous urethral. This solves the problem of post-micturition dribble. This is not applicable to residue urine in the urinary bladder.

睾丸問題
我發現自己的2粒睾丸的大小相差很大,
其中一粒比另一粒大近1倍,
但不會影響日常生活和性生活,
而且平常生活中睾丸都是大的在前,小的在後,
這個情況是正常的嗎?
另外想問一下,陰莖包皮過長是否一定要去切割?
如要切割的話,風險大嗎??

Long prepuce alone is not an indication for circumcision unless it is associated with tight phimosis which compromises personal hygiene. Slight discrepancy in size of the testes is generally not a concern except when the difference is substantial and of recent onset. If this is the case, assessment by a specialist is needed.
