Besides the choice of antibiotics, the dose and duration also count in the eradication of NGU. When in doubt of residue or persisting infection, follow-up by the relevant specialist should be considered.

陰莖彎曲及勃起問題

你好，本人的問題是：陰莖在勃起時，最多只能與身體成90度，不能超過90度，亦即是不能超過水平線之上，但勃起時硬度是足夠，而且即使用手繼續向上抬，也感覺到很大的制約力，並不能輕易向上抬起，另外在勃起時，會呈現向下彎曲，彎曲點接近於根部。想請問這是什麼問題，雖然有醫生話彎曲並沒有大問題，只要不影響性行為就可以（其實已經有些微影響），但我仍然想請問下如果要就醫，應該睇什麼科和去邊間醫院？

隱血尿
病患者男 - 31歲

你好醫生我每次小便後有灼熱感會有啲痛。
去完仍然會有啲啲想去感覺。多數兩個鐘去一次。但以前半日先會有尿意。夜晚瞓左4小時之後會急尿醒要去夜尿。但以前一覺瞓天光。龜頭會濕潤。
有驗尿驗血超腎。冇蛋白尿冇細菌冇石，照過膀胱鏡咩都冇，其他都正常。係隱血尿2+
1.請問這會是什麼問題呢，有邊幾種病會有類近病徵？
2.係咪大機會前列腺炎？如是，可以做咩驗查係咪前列腺炎？
3.有前列腺炎多久會令到不育？因為都有隱血成年幾。好擔心。

Microscopic haematuria may result from a breach of any part of the urothelium from the kidneys to the urethra. It can also be due to leakage of blood from the kidneys. Microscopic examination of the red blood cells will distinguish between the two.
Inflammation / infection of the prostate may affect fertility by adversely impacting the quality and quantity of sperm in addition to causing structural damage to the passage. Timely successful treatment is key to tackle the problem.
