After inverted nipple correction surgery, breast feeding is possible if the surgery is minimal invasive with minimal disruption of the milk ducts. Since there are different types of corrective surgery, you have to ask the surgeon for clarification. We use a minimal invasive approach with suture method so the milk ducts are largely preserved to allow for breast feeding.
