1. multiple laser treatment may reduce the vein in the temporal area but cannot remove the vein completely. 2. laser will not penetrate through skull bone. Hence it cannot affect the brain.

Dear,
I can do a small surgery under local anesthsesia to bring out the nipple (evert the nipple). This will allow the smell and the infection to get under control. My approach does not cause scars and is durable.
