鬱躁症病人可唔可以吃Wellbutrin

病患者女 - 55歲

我患了鬱躁症廿十年，病情反覆，時好時壞，已試過很多精神科藥，最近一年換了新政府医生，我上年11月又開始情緒低落及無動力達9個月，我要求医生開番以前我吃過的wellbutrin,可提高我多巴胺，但医生堅拒再開此藥，理由就是医生判斷此藥吃了會引致我躁狂症發作。我現在很辛苦，希望医生你比D意見我
