小便時扯住痛

你好醫生, 本人驗過尿知道不是尿道炎，但小便時仍有扯住痛感覺，也沒有想常常上廁所的感覺，只是當小便就扯住痛及偏向右邊扯住，有時晚上有此情況的同時肚臍下腹的位置也會覺得痕癢 (感覺是裡面痕出來，不是表面皮膚痕)，但只是間歇性有痕癢情況。請問此徵狀會是什麼問題? 如有婦科瘜肉會造成有此情況嗎? 謝謝解答!
