由St. John Wort 轉服escitalopram

病患者男 - 32歲

本人患有社交恐懼症，精神科醫生曾處方escitalopram，但因副作用問題而停服了一段時間。最近自行購買了St. John Wort服用，惟效果不大。想再服用escitalopram，但網上有資料顯示兩者有interaction。因為想請問醫生，St. John Wort應停服多久後才能轉服escitalopram？謝謝
