不想把乙型肝炎傳染給未來老婆和未來子女

病患者男 - 36歲

本人自小便是乙肝帶菌者，打算娶妻生子，如果太太本身不是帶菌者，為了生小朋友，無可避免把病毒傳染給她，甚至bb出世時從母親染病，
如果太太打咗乙肝疫苗，成功產生免疫力，是否一輩子都不會染病？
本人又不想下一代是人工受孕的。
應該怎麼辦呢？謝謝各位醫生解答😊
