停藥與胃酸倒流

病患者男 - 29歲

醫生您好：

本人去年七月出現腦靜脈栓塞，須每日服食3.5mg華法林及2粒胃藥(bf-famotidine tab 20mg)，至前天覆診後醫生告知可以停藥。

但停藥後(昨天及今天)出現胃酸倒流，食道持續出現灼熱感甚是不適，請問與停藥有關嗎？我需要繼續吃bf-famotidine tab胃藥嗎？
