慢性萎縮性胃炎伴腸化生

本人34歲女.4年前經胃鏡確認有慢性萎縮性胃炎伴腸化生.期後每2-3年會定期胃鏡檢查，但4年間胃長期反覆不好，常出現食慾不振.胃痛,噁心.醫生也沒有開藥.

請問慢性萎縮性胃炎伴腸化生有沒有根治性藥物?謝謝
