喉嚨內部生左好似水泡嘅粒粒

各位醫生好
我上兩個星期曾經喉嚨痛睇過兩次醫生，食咗抗生素之後冇事，但是不知為何喉嚨後咽壁生左好多粒類似水泡的東西 不過沒有痛的感覺 呑口水亦冇困難，請問是什麼問題？
