術後體胖

病患者女 - 48歲

剛完成子宮及全卵巢切除手術6星期. 術後頭幾天的體重約93KG, 現時腰: 104cm / 肚:124CM / 高 :163CM, 已儘量控制食量及每天踏滑雪機最少30分鐘(有時45~60分鐘不等), 但肚位置的士啤軚位還是脹(按下是軟的, 即使縮肚也是脹起), 而體重還是在91.x~92.x kg 之間. 是我有甚麼問題嗎? 我應該如何做?
