濃稠黃綠鼻涕逾1個月

病患者男 - 35歲

已經超過一個濃稠糊狀鼻涕，量多，伴隨喉嚨痛，看了四次醫生接受一個抗生素療程，外加兩日消炎藥，服藥中鼻涕量少一點，但仍是黃綠鼻涕。有問過醫生係唔係鼻竇炎，醫生話似鼻膜炎，但病程一直無好轉。請問症狀會否知道是鼻竇炎？需特別處理？
