右脚膝頭痛

你好， 錢醫生，

本人上落樓梯時右脚膝頭會痛，已經一年半了。睇過鐵打醫生沒有幫助。 曾經服用七海健絡會有少許幫助，停服后情況又轉差。請問可以從邊方面入手？謝謝。
