係尿道炎？

早前患淋病，接受治療連續5日打10針Rocephin，打到第六針開始小便困難，龜頭微微紅腫，完成打針治療後尿到口有扭毛巾感覺，完成療程後一星期再驗尿搵唔到任何病菌。之後醫生開左隻抗生素食7日共14粒，食完後好好多。但完藥後1星期左右小便又開始困難，但未有扭毛巾情況。
我會係尿道炎？
我應該係普通科？泌尿科？性病科？
