聖誕假後一返學就作嘔

小朋友9歲讀4年級…
一放完聖誕假，第一日返學就作嘔，要早退，
再放多個星期六，日(完全無事)，但星期一返學又係咁，作嘔要早退，但接回家中，就無事!
之後每晚瞓前知自己聽日要返學就失眠，作嘔，一同佢講咁聽日唔好返學，休息下，就即刻瞓得著!
未放聖誕假前，覺得佢係喜歡返學，亦唔感覺到佢覺得大壓力!
好努力同佢傾談，佢都唔講自己有咩唔開心……
請問家長應該如何處理，謝謝
