膝頭 上下樓梯痛

病患者男 - 38歲

我記憶半年內都無任何跌偒. 撞膝頭。 但近日右腳膝頭 無故行路痛. 特別上落樓梯 勁痛，直頭不能行樓梯。

本人長期坐. 工作。可能是咩原因?
