手撞完後開始出瘀血

醫生，你好，我在一星期前不小心撞到手背的位置，我不清楚那是不是筋的部分，它撞完後開始出瘀血，兩，三日後就消了，但之後就一直不自然地痛，有時候還會有拉著的感覺，發不了力，按下去也非常痛，請問有辦法治療嗎?
