避孕藥會否影響身體檢查結果？

醫生您好！
我一直有每天準時服用事前避孕藥
但這星期需要做身體檢查（包括驗尿）
想請問服用避孕藥會否影響驗尿結果？
或者會否干擾到驗尿過程？
需要停藥後作檢查嗎？
