焦慮

病患者男 - 49歲

我想知道我是不是有精神上的問題，最近覺得很焦慮，一直覺得自己有生病，體溫高一點，喉嚨有點不舒服，就覺得自己會不會中獎！非常負面情緒，怎樣去判斷是不是有焦慮症？或交感神經失調？
