擔心感染hsv2

病患者男 - 39歲

8月29層有高危性行為，之後就感到包皮有拉扯感，9月5日手淫後就開始包皮炎，紅腫痛了三四日但無水泡膿液，9月7開始感到尿道痕癢，睪丸徵痛，排尿有灼熱感並有深黃精液，13日用四合一驗血盒，hsv2項層有數分鐘出現淺顯影後消失，14日食左消炎藥包皮炎退了，18日睪丸仍有點緊，排尿尚有熱感，但一直沒水泡破皮滲液，hsv2機會大嗎？
