10歲兒童陰莖長度問題

葉醫生你好! 小兒10歲，高143cm，重80磅，體形較胖，腰圍有29吋。

近日發現他的陰莖很短, 只得2cm長, 請問是否出了甚麼問題? 家族沒有親人是有此情況，是否要看醫生服藥可醫呢?
